Without boring you as to the history and rationale of the name CRMworks, we have taken the opportunity to rebrand ourselves. The next evolutionary stage for ITSM is the transition to Enterprise Service Management (ESM), with all things ‘Service’ being consolidated and delivered within a single integrated solution. Therefore, as of 1 August 2017 and to better reflect this new era, our company name has evolved to iService Solutions Limited.

Be assured, this change is not the result of any acquisition or merger, we are the same team dedicated to partnering with and supporting our existing and future customers. The change is to ensure our company name more accurately reflects our business focus, experience and skills, with iService Solutions more clearly representing the industry and marketplace for which we deliver solutions and services.
