Operating Level Agreements
Operating Level Agreements (or OLA’s) are contracts agreed between the internal IT departments (e.g., Network Management and IT Operations) and are designed to underpin Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Cherwell allows any number of OLA’s to be defined with the ability to manage the full lifecycle of an OLA (from planning to retirement). OLA’s can be linked to internal teams or departments, and services from your service catalogue held within Cherwell. Availability and OLA performance can be measured using a combination of on-screen data and reports.
