Service Request Management

HaloITSM comes pre-configured with a variety of Service Request types including hardware and software requests and starter and leaver processes, and these are easily tailored to meet your specific needs. Any number of additional types can be created quickly and easily and are selectable from the service catalogue presented within the self-service portal to allow quick and easy user navigation. Like Incidents, Service Request types can be associated with SLAs to ensure that commitments are met.
