GHC have worked with iServices since 2015, when we first procured Cherwell and I have personally been dealing with them since 2018. They have provided us with the training to enable us to configure and build functionality in Cherwell to support and streamline our departmental processes and empower us to get the most value from the product. As a result, we heavily use many out-the-box business objects, as well as many that we have built ourselves. Our contract with iServices also includes support, for when our internal administrators are having difficulties troubleshooting, or building new functionality. Their consultants have a thorough, end-to-end knowledge of Cherwell, and are responsive and friendly, making them a pleasure to deal with. The owner of iServices, Dave Knowles, also provided us with his own mobile number that we can use should anything catastrophic occur to our Cherwell instance as well as out-of-hours, giving us extra peace of mind, though we haven’t had to use this yet, which speaks volumes about our Cherwell instance and infrastructure.
Lastly, and in my opinion most important of all for any supplier, they are honest and transparent with us.
We have been with the team at iService Solutions for over a decade now and they have managed all our Service Desk requirements by guiding and working alongside our internal IT Team with no fuss or friction.
