Quotes can be created simply and quickly and converted to an order if accepted by the customer, with an invoice being automatically generated. Invoices can also include time spent based on timesheet entries created in HaloPSA. Automated invoicing for recurring services is also supported.
HaloPSA includes dozens of best-practice reports and a series of dashboards to monitor service desk, sales and profitability metrics.
