Our annual Customer Engagement Award aims to celebrate the most successful engagements. where customers have worked hard to formulate their requirements, worked closely and flexibly with iService Solutions to meet their requirements, whilst also being willing to modify their working practices where necessary to gain the best from their new solution.
As a result, we wholeheartedly believe that they get the outcome they deserve.
Topp Tiles has been awarded the Best Customer Engagement Award, 2023, in recognition of the successful deployment of Halo Service Management.
From initial contact at the tendering stage, to subsequent demonstrations, and through to the go-live process and beyond, Topps Tiles has exhibited a willingness to understand the technology, commit time to formulate requirements and to learn to administer Halo, resulting in Topps Tiles being able to largely manage ongoing modifications to the system.
